This prestigious event has been decades in the making and it all started in 1985, when a group of British athletes at the iconic Cresta Run decided to commemorate the event’s 100th anniversary, by driving their vintage Bentley’s around St Mortiz frozen lake. Auto-brand Manager Marco Makaus witnessed the events of that day, and a vision was born. But it wasn’t until 2019 after years of local and international authority discussions that the first official I.C.E at St Moritz was held.
